Hi! My name is Russ Jones. I’m an Infor M3 CloudSuite expert.

I’m the founder of Iceberg Consulting, and I’m passionate about how to think about design, process, strategy & talent. Enterprise software technology represents a significant financial investment for every organization. Now more than ever, people demand trusted design, advisory & consulting expertise to protect and maximize those investments.

My goal is to be a trusted provider of independent design, advisory & consulting expertise to the Infor M3 CloudSuite community. I understand the value of a healthy partner ecosystem and want to connect more closely with users in the M3 community, especially those who may not consider hiring traditional consulting resources.

For nearly 20 years, I’ve helped companies implement, maintain and extend major corporate systems, most extensively with Infor M3, but also with other enterprise resource planning (ERP) and warehouse management systems.

I’ve played a key role in every aspect of the implementation cycle–from initial justification through software & vendor selection, process design, system configuration, data conversion, process testing, user training and post go-live support. I’ve also successfully implemented versions ranging from Infor M3 on-premise 7.1 to Infor CloudSuite Single & Multi-Tenant.
